  This was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite multiple attempts to get updates and a resolution – through texts, emails, and phone calls – I received absolutely no response for over ten days. His final explanation, essentially blaming me for ignoring “the project,” was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and accountability. report abuse
