They also took care of the existing storm door, and everything was done with a really professional and efficient approach. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of their work. What really stood out was Joe’s patience and skill – he was a fantastic teacher to Billy, explaining everything clearly and emphasizing the ‘why’ behind each step.   Mark was fantastic – truly a breath of fresh air! He came to our home for an estimate, and I really appreciated his honest and straightforward approach. He didn’t try to pressure us into anything, and he patiently answered all of our questions while being incredibly thorough in getting the quote right.   “We were really disappointed with the door installation. They delivered the wrong color and style, and it turned out their records showed the original color had been changed – ours hadn’t! We were then asked to pay an extra $800 to get the color we initially requested. We weren’t happy to pay that much to upgrade, so we had to settle for one of the less attractive options available. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to the installer – they did a fantastic job and deserve all the praise!” report abuse

  Harold did a great job getting my garage door tracks back in order. It was definitely a learning experience for me – I realized I hadn’t been doing enough regular maintenance. He was really patient and helpful, explaining the basics of keeping the tracks clean and running smoothly, and he offered some good recommendations. He was also thoughtful to replace the burnt-out garage light bulbs. I’d absolutely use him again, though I can’t rate him a full five stars since I don’t know how other technicians in the company perform. report abuse
