Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the work Chaves did replacing my old furnace and A/C. Mike and his partner were fantastic – they got right to work on the first day, clearly explaining each step of the process and answering all my questions patiently. They were both really friendly and professional, and I felt completely comfortable asking anything. Once the job was done, they took the time to thoroughly test the new units and walk me through how they operate and how to maintain them. They even took care of removing the old equipment, and the entire process left my home spotless. I highly recommend Chaves – it was a truly positive experience, and I’ll definitely be using them for future servicing as well.
