  Overall, I’m really pleased with the work New England Clean Energy did. They quickly and efficiently installed our solar array, and the team – from the installers on the roof to the electricians – worked together seamlessly. I was particularly impressed that they went out of their way to complete the job even in the rain! We’re still waiting for the final inspection and for the utility to connect the system, but based on the installation so far, I’m confident it’ll be a great system. report abuse

  “I went through a lot of different solar companies before settling on New England Clean Energy. Roy from NECE really stood out from the start – he was incredibly transparent and confident, which immediately gave me a great sense of their reliability. Unfortunately, my initial contractor didn’t live up to their promises, going silent for two weeks after we signed the contract. Knowing how much of an investment solar is, I decided to switch, and I’m so glad I chose NECE. Roy was fantastic throughout the whole process, always confident and reassuring. The entire team – from Roy’s salesmanship to Taylor’s project management and Mark, JJ, and the whole installation crew – was outstanding.   “We’ve had our solar system for nearly eight years, and recently we had an Enphase microinverter fail. Getting a replacement was a bit of a process since the original installers moved out of state, but thankfully we found New England Clean Energy. They were fantastic – so responsive and helpful! The team that came to replace the microinverter was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Seriously, if you’re a Massachusetts solar homeowner or considering a new installation, I highly recommend New England Clean Energy.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with New England Clean Energy. They really stood out to us, especially compared to other companies we spoke with – their approach was so informative and relaxed, without any pushy sales. What impressed us most was their attention to detail during the planning and permitting process; they kept us completely in the loop. The installation itself was brilliantly executed. They expertly adapted the system to our older home’s unique features – hiding the inverter in a space we didn’t even know we had and cleverly mounting the panels to our roof. It was a really seamless process. Plus, they were incredibly proactive with the utility company, which meant we got our system up and running in just a few days – a full month ahead of a neighbor’s installation. We’re getting the expected electricity production and are extremely pleased with the system. We wholeheartedly recommend New England Clean Energy. report abuse
