“Jackie and Sadie were absolutely fantastic to have on our team during the construction of my house. They really acted as a crucial link between myself and the builder, making sure everything we’d discussed and agreed upon was being carried out correctly. They even spotted a potential problem in the kitchen design early on, which saved us a lot of trouble. Everyone – myself, Jackie and Sadie, and the builder – felt they made the whole process incredibly smooth and, most importantly, we stayed within budget. The builder agreed that we’d love to work with them again!”

Overall, our experience with this design firm was really disappointing. While they presented themselves very professionally at the beginning and seemed great when discussing smaller details like fabrics and accessories, their involvement in the core construction decisions was lacking. We hired them specifically to advise us during the build, but after investing a significant amount of money, many key decisions – like flooring and even crucial structural elements like support beams – were still unresolved. They didn't spend much time actually seeing the house, which meant important details were missed on the drawings. Furthermore, some of the decisions they made weren’t realistic considering our budget, like recommending a tile costing nearly $3,000 for a single accent wall. The lack of clear communication was also a major issue; they didn’t respond to our emails raising concerns, and it felt like we were essentially left to figure things out on our own. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for projects involving the actual construction phase.
