  Overall, I’ve been consistently pleased with Lancing. They’re a really reliable company and almost always have what we need, though supply and demand can sometimes cause delays – which is completely understandable. I especially want to commend Nick for his fantastic support; he’s a genuinely helpful and positive person, which is a real asset in this industry. And Amanda – she’s fantastic. I work with her regularly for both residential and commercial projects, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to help, and quick to resolve any issues. Finally, I’ve always appreciated working with Jacob in delivery and warehousing; he’s consistently friendly and reliable. It’s the whole team that makes working with Lancing so easy and pleasant – from the front desk to the back. report abuse

  “I’m really frustrated with this supplier. They’re the only place that carries the specific siding I need for my new garage, and the initial delivery was thankfully quick – within a week. I would have been happy to give them a good review then. However, I’ve now been waiting nearly a month for more materials, and it’s completely thrown off my project schedule. The biggest issue is their communication; they never keep me updated as promised. I haven't asked for any discounts or special treatment, I just need the siding. Honestly, if I didn't absolutely need their product, I’d cancel the order and go elsewhere.” report abuse

  “Overall, our experience with Lansing Building Products was incredibly frustrating and ultimately left us very disappointed. We initially relied on a quote from their salesman, but after we moved forward with the order, we were abruptly told he no longer worked there. Then, some of the windows and doors they’d initially quoted simply didn’t exist, leading to a complete re-ordering and significant delays in our construction. Despite this, the problems didn’t stop there. One of our windows even had a ripped screen that went unresolved for over a year. We contacted Lansing repeatedly, and while a few individuals promised to help – including Matt – we received no follow-through. It was a relatively small issue, but the lack of action was unacceptable. We were finally hopeful when a new manager took over and visited our property, but even he couldn’t deliver on his promises. It’s now almost two years later and we still haven't received a replacement screen. Honestly, this entire experience has been a major headache, and we certainly won’t be using Lansing Building Products again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  “It was a frustrating experience – they had the wrong address listed online, which seemed quite careless. They’ve recently moved to Huntsville and while they’ve invested in a new facility, the parking situation is a real issue. The loading docks aren’t designed to accommodate larger trucks, leaving only a very narrow space between the trucks and the curb.” report abuse
