  Honestly, I couldn’t be more disappointed. This company never finished the job, and we ended up having to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. Despite multiple attempts to get them to complete the work, it was a constant cycle of promises that weren’t kept. I strongly recommend finding a different fence company – seriously, do yourself a favor and choose another one. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I contacted them almost three weeks ago about a project, and despite numerous assurances from the receptionist that someone would be in touch, I’ve yet to hear from anyone beyond her. I’ve even tried to get in contact with a guy named Jeff, but he hasn’t responded to calls or texts. Honestly, it’s been incredibly difficult just to get a basic quote, and the fact that they haven’t followed through on their promises is completely unacceptable. It’s clear they have no regard for customer service, which is devastating for a business – word of mouth and a good reputation are everything. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to read other reviews; it seems like a consistent problem. report abuse

It felt like a pretty isolating company – we had three missed appointments requesting fence quotes, and we never received a call to explain or apologize for the cancellations.   This situation is deeply concerning. I was repeatedly contacted by the owner, Jeff, demanding payment for services I never received. His persistent and threatening behavior, including implied threats regarding my property, has understandably left me feeling incredibly uneasy and harassed.
