I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. After nine years of using their alarm monitoring service, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I initially paid for window sensors in every room of my house, including five in my master bedroom, and they’ve consistently failed – requiring a technician to visit my home four times in the last year. Each time, new sensors were installed, but the problem kept recurring. Ultimately, the technician suggested simply removing the sensors from my monitoring service and, frankly, suggested I take another day off work to have them replaced again. It felt completely dismissive of my concerns, and the billing department reinforced that it was my problem to resolve. Cancelling the service early meant paying a fee, but honestly, it was a small price to pay compared to the frustration and inconvenience I experienced. It’s clear this company prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look for a more reliable and customer-focused alternative.

“I’m really disappointed with my experience with ADT. We had new cameras installed about two months ago, and they’ve been malfunctioning for over a month and a half now. To make matters worse, I’ve been charged $204 without receiving a refund. Based on this, I don’t believe ADT is a reliable service and wouldn’t recommend it.”

“I just wanted to send a huge thank you to ADT and especially to Brian for the fantastic service we received last week. The technician initially identified a need for a new door lock, but Brian came back and, after a thorough check, realized it didn’t need replacing – he actually made a few adjustments and got the lock working better than new! He was so friendly and helpful, even making our son and our dog feel welcome, and he even took care of a big black widow spider on our porch – I absolutely hate those things! Seriously, Brian was wonderful and provided such great service. Thank you both!”

John, the installer, was also a huge asset – he was friendly, efficient, and got right to work. He even managed to install a remote door lock for us, which another company had previously told us was impossible due to an issue with our doorframe! John carefully positioned the cameras to focus on the areas we wanted, and he walked us through the entire system. Overall, a truly excellent experience – kudos to Eric and John and the whole ADT team!”

“I’ve been using their ADT services for a long time, but recently I’ve been really disappointed with the level of support. I had a significant issue with the system and spent over 45 minutes being bounced around between four different representatives without anyone being able to help. To make matters worse, the alarm system still isn’t working correctly. When I followed up, I was told it would be 20 days before a technician could even look at it, and I was told I wasn’t a priority. I requested to speak with a manager, and was assured one would contact me within 48 hours. I’m still waiting to hear back, and I’m seriously considering switching to a security company that seems to value customer service more.”
