Jordan was fantastic – we were getting ready for a kitchen remodel and needed a window replaced, and he was recommended by the window manufacturer. He expertly replaced our old double-wide window with a single-wide walnut interior, and the brickwork outside matched our existing facade perfectly. What really impressed us was how clean everything was when they were finished – it was actually better than before they started!   I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience I had with Freedom Ext and Cons. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they completely exceeded my expectations. I want to specifically highlight Jordan – his customer service was outstanding. He really took the time to listen to what we needed and presented us with some really good, fair options. He clearly knows his stuff, and made the whole decision-making process so easy. And then there was Jose and his team for the installation itself. They were absolutely professional, incredibly efficient, and you could tell they were truly proud of their work. The quality of the installation was fantastic, and I’m thrilled with the results.   Jordan was fantastic to work with – truly a pleasure. He was consistently polite, delivered on his timelines, and brought a really impressive level of knowledge to the historic window replacement project. I especially appreciated his proactive involvement in the presentation meeting to get the project approved, and his willingness to answer all our questions and discuss the significant number of windows (37!) while ensuring we maintained the original aesthetic.
