  I had a truly fantastic experience with My Generation Energy. Diane was my sales contact and project manager, and she was incredibly helpful. As a retired aerospace engineer, I had quite a few technical questions, but Diane patiently and thoroughly answered everything.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience working with My Generation Energy. From start to finish, the team – particularly Diane and the rest of the group – were fantastic. They handled all the complex paperwork and permits without us having to worry about a thing, and on the day of the installation, they were professional, efficient, and exactly on time. The installation itself was seamless, and honestly, you wouldn’t have known they were there once it was complete, aside from the solar panels on the roof. We’re thrilled that everything went so smoothly, culminating in us starting to generate energy a week later after Eversource gave the final approval. report abuse

  My Generation Energy truly went above and beyond to get our solar installation done right. From the initial consultation to the final paperwork with Eversource, they were incredibly professional and responsive. What really set them apart was their thoroughness – they actually came to our property to accurately assess our solar generation potential, unlike some other companies who just relied on satellite images.   MGE was a really strong contender – their pricing was very competitive and they were fantastic about working with us to tailor the solar panel layout and system size to our specific needs. What impressed us most was that they didn’t try to shoehorn us into a standard plan with unnecessary extras, and they listened to our preferences regarding the roof installation. Once we signed on, our project manager was incredibly responsive, keeping us fully informed and ensuring the installation stayed on schedule with minimal inconvenience. Even after the system was up and running, MGE proactively followed up with Eversource to get everything approved for connection, which we really appreciated. We’re thrilled with the savings we’re seeing! We did encounter a small issue with the new Enphase inverters, but MGE immediately addressed it by replacing the faulty unit under warranty – a really smooth process.
