He came to my house twice for plumbing repairs and was just incredibly professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions patiently, and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Ledi was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to get our furnace fixed – we needed it replaced just three days before New Year's Eve, and parts weren't immediately available. He managed to provide us with temporary heat and arrived incredibly early at 8am to complete the installation. We’re so grateful for his help and professionalism.
