“We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve the issue with the outlets tripping when you were vacuuming. Our team did a fantastic job investigating – they spent over two hours carefully examining the wiring and replacing several outlets and switch panels until we pinpointed the cause. It’s great that two of them worked so well together to get it sorted out, and we sincerely apologize for the initial inconvenience.”

Honestly, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We hired them to install an EV charger in our condo building garage, but the charger was consistently unreliable – it only worked about 25% of the time. Despite our repeated concerns, we were constantly met with denial and “gaslighting,” with the company insisting there was no problem. Eventually, we had a separate, much more qualified electrician take a look, and they discovered the wiring had been deceptively painted to look like it was properly installed. It took hours to correct this shoddy, misleading work. We would absolutely never use this company again for any project, and I wouldn’t hesitate to give them zero stars if I could.

Honestly, I’d strongly advise against using this company for installing your electric vehicle charger. We had a really frustrating experience – they installed the charger, grinding it into the ground despite me immediately informing my builder. Their only response was a photo they’d taken from Reddit, claiming it could be installed either way, which, technically, is true, but goes against standard best practices and what everyone else in our neighborhood has done. It’s quite concerning that they didn’t send someone to correct the installation, and reading other recent reviews makes you question what their internal quality control standards actually are.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. As a new homeowner with a two-year-old construction home, I was hoping for a helpful and thorough solution to my fan issue. The appointment was scheduled for an electrical check due to the fans turning on by themselves, and the arrival window was 8am to 12pm. I didn’t receive any communication throughout the day, so I called to confirm, only to be told they were still on their way. Ultimately, they refused to even inspect the wiring, simply blaming the problem on the fans themselves. It’s completely unacceptable that an electrician company wouldn’t investigate a potential electrical issue, especially since I’m still under warranty. The fact that two different fan models were experiencing the same problem further highlights the lack of a proper diagnosis – it’s baffling that you could just walk in and declare it a fan problem without checking the wiring. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Larry did a fantastic job getting all the breaker problems sorted out for us after we moved into our new house.
