However, the person I spoke with – either the receptionist or the answering service – informed me they only handle roof replacements. It was clear there was a disconnect between their stated services and the information presented online.   I was so pleased with the service I received from Arch Exteriors, specifically from Sam Wadding. A friend recommended them after they replaced his roof following a hailstorm, and when a recent storm damaged my own roof, Sam was incredibly responsive. He inspected my roof within a day of my call, identified the damage, and immediately contacted my insurance company. Thanks to his quick action and expertise, the insurance company authorized repairs, and we were able to get a payment of around $4,500 within just a few days. Sam continued to work closely with the insurance company, and his thorough presentation of the evidence ultimately led to further payments totaling over $37,500 for the complete roof and siding replacement. The work itself was fantastic – the roof was replaced in a single day, and the siding took the usual three days, with both teams doing a truly excellent job. It’s clear Sam has great relationships with suppliers and contractors, which undoubtedly contributed to the speed and efficiency of the project.
