  “We couldn’t be happier with Millennium’s pool service! Honestly, I rarely take the time to write reviews, but they truly went above and beyond. We recently had a new liner and sand filter installed, plus some other minor repairs, and the whole experience was fantastic. Greg was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to, and he got us a quote really quickly at a very fair price. The team was also fantastic – so professional and did a brilliant job.   Mike and his team did an absolutely fantastic job servicing our pool. They were really professional – courteous, super responsive, and got everything done quickly. Mike even checked in the night before and was completely prepared the next day, and they finished the work on schedule. Plus, he even alerted me to a rebate opportunity that I was able to take advantage of. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool service! report abuse

  “We were so grateful for Greg and his team’s help this past winter! We had a pretty significant leak that drained our pool, and they took care of everything we needed – a new liner, new vermiculite, a thorough pressure test, and replacing our pool lights. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were and how they always prioritized finding the best solution for us, never pushing us towards the most costly option. We're absolutely thrilled with the results and, this fall, we’ve even purchased a new pool cover while they’re preparing the pool for closing.   Paul was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and incredibly kind, always willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. He took care of my pool all summer, opening and closing it and maintaining it weekly, and it looked absolutely beautiful the entire time. A truly great company to have! report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I hired them last year to winterize my pool for the first time, and things immediately went wrong. They damaged my pool vacuum during the process, and it took far too many calls and a lot of arguing to get them to actually fix it. Then, when I opened my pool this spring, I discovered one of the return jets was left wide open, causing me to lose water constantly – I’ve had to add water six or seven times in the last two weeks. What really upset me was when I called to get help, they insisted the winterization was done correctly, but then immediately offered to come out and charge me $495 to “test” it! It felt like they were blaming me for the problem, even though they were the ones who initially caused the damage. After all the trouble I had getting the vacuum fixed in the fall, I just don’t see how I’d be able to get them to admit fault on something this expensive. I chose to hire them so that if anything went wrong when I opened my pool, they’d handle it. I definitely won’t be using them again. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with Millennium’s service. We had a leak in our pool over the winter, and they quickly came out and pressure tested the lines to find the source of the problem. They were able to isolate it and provide a temporary fix, and then they returned and, through careful work, identified a broken water intake line under the pool. They even had to cut into the pool to access and repair it! Throughout the process, they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent service.
