  “We were so grateful for their quick response when our AC failed on the first day of such a hot week. It turned out the thermostat was faulty, a problem that arose after it was installed by the security company last fall. Thankfully, the company’s owner stepped in to help resolve it, and they really saved the day! It’s great to know they took responsibility and the security company acknowledged their mistake and agreed to cover the repair costs.” report abuse
