  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. From the start, the customer service was awful – the workers had a really poor attitude. The biggest issue was the way they handled the payment; they never mentioned a down payment and kept insisting on full payment at the end, despite me receiving texts confirming this wasn’t the case. Adding to the frustration, my first appointment was canceled due to COVID, then we ended up in the hospital with COVID, and finally, I discovered a serious mold problem – wet, moldy plywood behind the insulation. I immediately requested a mold contractor, but they refused to send someone out until the mold was addressed, which was the only reasonable thing to do. After that, they sent a crew to my house who were incredibly rude and disrespectful to my wife. They even threatened legal action! Honestly, this company seems completely out to rip people off and they don't care about resolving issues. They're trying to damage my reputation, but I have all the text messages and photos documenting everything, and I’m prepared to take legal action myself – I'll be going to court with all the evidence.” report abuse

  I want to strongly advise anyone in Minnesota considering Brain’s Insulation out of Insanti, Minnesota – please don’t use their services. We had a really bad experience and ended up having to replace our entire siding after they installed the wrong size plugs. It’s incredibly frustrating, and we wish we’d known about this before we hired them. Frankly, the Better Business Bureau didn’t help at all – you essentially pay them to ignore your complaints, regardless of the issue. Seriously, avoid them – you’ll likely end up with a poorly done job. report abuse

Honestly, it was incredibly unprofessional – they changed the price after completing the job and the boss, Tyler, was quite rude and unhelpful.   This was a really impressive piece of work – it went above and beyond what was initially asked of it, and was clearly done with a lot of attention to detail. The final result was exactly what we were hoping for, and the waterproofing was particularly excellent. report abuse
