“I hired this company to install an air conditioning unit, but unfortunately, things went terribly wrong from the start. I had immediate issues, and despite multiple calls and leaving detailed messages, I never received any response or updates. They didn’t show up for the scheduled installation and again, didn't contact me. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism, and ultimately had to go with another company.”
