  We absolutely loved working with American Remodeling experts, particularly Amir, to remodel our kitchen, great room, office, and laundry room. From the very first consultation all the way through the final walkthrough, the experience was fantastic. We seriously considered several contractors, but chose ARE because of how incredibly respectful Amir and his team were of our time. We checked out a few references, and everyone echoed that sentiment – it was a key factor, especially since their estimates were competitive. We decided not to hire a designer, largely because we were so impressed with the quality of their previous work. Amir had some brilliant ideas that really enhanced our vision, and he was also really good at gently steering us away from things that wouldn't have worked practically. It was a really enjoyable process bouncing ideas off him! Throughout the 56-day remodel, Amir was incredibly diligent, constantly checking measurements and ensuring everything was perfect. There were absolutely no surprises or delays – which we really appreciated. And Amir went above and beyond, checking in almost every day, even helping us move furniture late on a Sunday night. He was so patient with our changing ideas and seamlessly adjusted the schedule to accommodate them. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the result, and we’ve made a great friend in the process!   “We absolutely loved working with American Remodeling Experts, especially Amir! They completely transformed our kitchen and we’re already planning to use them again for other projects around the house. From the very beginning, Amir was fantastic – so detail-oriented and always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. He really took the time to understand our vision and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, even going so far as to get us discounts, like a 10% savings with a tile company in Florida. The crew was incredibly respectful and hardworking, often putting in long hours to get the job done right. They replaced everything – countertops, backsplash, the gas stovetop, sink, faucet, and even updated the door hardware and pantry glass. Amir’s creative solution to the high backsplash installation, using the space for our new Samsung Frame TV, was brilliant! We’re really enjoying it. He even suggested using the same backsplash tile on our fireplaces, which tied the whole house together beautifully.   Amir and Limor were fantastic – we really felt like we knew them through the community before we even hired them. We recently moved into our new Klahanie home and immediately wanted to completely renovate the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Despite Amir’s preference to keep things separate, he stepped in to handle the project, and we couldn’t be happier with his service.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Amir and Darren did expanding our home. Adding another 440 square feet of kitchen and living space has completely transformed our home – it feels so much more open and airy! If you’re considering an addition and can manage the investment, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Amir and Darren were fantastic – incredibly professional and easy to work with, which was a huge relief for us. They really let us focus on our jobs and family. While the initial timeline was three months, we did experience some delays with the city of Kirkland, but Amir and his team went above and beyond, meeting with the city repeatedly to push things forward. We ended up with the project completed in just under five months, which was fantastic. The construction itself moved incredibly quickly – less than twelve weeks! They were always meticulous about keeping our home tidy and were completely transparent throughout the entire process. They even helped us find a brilliant designer to handle all the finishes and design choices. My wife absolutely loved the remodeling process, and she’s already in touch with Amir to discuss renovating our basement into a second master bedroom for her mom next year.   “I just wanted to share how thrilled I was with the master bathroom renovation Amir and his team did for us. It was my first time going through a remodel – we have a 1970s bungalow – and I was honestly a complete newbie. Amir was recommended to me by a neighbor who’d had his kitchen remodeled by ARE, and from the very first meeting, I knew we’d found the right people. He really took the time to explain everything, from the whole remodeling process to permits and timelines, which was a huge relief for someone like me. The work itself went so smoothly – it was actually completed on time! Amir was incredibly responsive, always there at the job site and available by text or phone, even on weekends and holidays. I could always rely on his expertise, and he kept me completely in the loop about what to expect each day. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his honest communication.   “We were really pleased with the work American Remodeling Experts did for us – they completely transformed our two bathrooms! We’re so happy with the results. Amir was fantastic to work with; he put together a detailed plan of what we needed to purchase and when. We paid in stages as the work progressed. The whole project took about three months, and it involved a full gut renovation of both bathrooms down to the studs. We did discover some rot during the initial tear-down, which was anticipated, but the finished bathrooms are absolutely fantastic and have really modernized our home.” report abuse

  “We recently had American Remodeling Experts do a full remodel of two of our bathrooms – both in our house, which was built in the late 60s. They did an amazing job in both! In the first bathroom, they completely transformed it, replacing the old linoleum floors with beautiful natural stone, retiling the shower/tub area, and installing a new vanity and sink. They also added a new electrical outlet and ceiling fan. The second bathroom was a real standout – they actually opened up part of the wall and built a stunning walk-in shower with tiling that goes all the way to the ceiling, even adding a really nice horizontal niche. From start to finish, we were so pleased with the work. Amir was fantastic to work with; he was friendly, really detail-oriented (which is exactly what we wanted as the homeowner!), and the actual contractors were incredibly courteous. We did run into a couple of unexpected issues with the old house – some missing floor supports and chewed-up insulation – but Amir and his team handled everything so seamlessly. They were quick to address the problems, and our lead contractor even took the extra step of making custom transition strips for the floors to match our existing woodwork! As for the cost, American Remodeling Experts weren’t the cheapest option, but they were also reasonable compared to other quotes we received.
