  “They were really responsive and came out quickly to give me an estimate. Once I decided to move forward, they scheduled the work for a few weeks, which was great. I was really impressed that they had another driveway they were working on and prioritized my project – they moved me up in the schedule.   Mullins Asphalt did an absolutely fantastic job with my driveway – it’s a 40-year-old one that they completely revitalized! They filled all the potholes and leveled out the bumps, and the new surface looks fantastic. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with my busy schedule; they managed to get the job done when they said they would.   “We hired Mullins Paving in September of 2022 to complete our parking lot, and they assured us it would be finished in a few weeks. Unfortunately, they never started the work and offered a completely unbelievable excuse about a two-month state job interfering with their schedule. It’s incredibly frustrating that they didn’t communicate with us at any point during this process. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using Mullins Paving – their communication was shockingly poor and they ultimately failed to deliver.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. We contacted them three times to get an estimate for a new driveway, and each time we didn’t hear back. The first two times, no one even showed up, and they didn't bother to call and explain why. Finally, Jake Mullins came out and promised a bid within 24 hours, but over a week passed with no update. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t return calls or follow through on their promises – if you’re not able to take on a job, it’s important to be upfront about it.” report abuse

  “I hired Mullins for a driveway sealcoating job back in April, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. They initially scheduled a time slot for the work, but then completely disappeared – they didn’t show up or even call to let me know they wouldn’t be coming. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times, leaving two messages, but never received a response. It’s been three days and still no communication. Their lack of professionalism and failure to follow through is really concerning, so I would strongly advise against scheduling any work with this company.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this operation. The owners seemed disengaged and didn’t appear to be actively involved in the work itself, which made me question their commitment. It felt unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend them based on that experience. report abuse
