  I was really disappointed with the level of communication I received from this company. I initially contacted Alex on February 25th about a new slab project, but I haven’t heard back from him at all over the past three weeks – today is March 22nd. It would have been appreciated to simply be informed if he wasn’t interested or if the project was too small for him, rather than going completely silent. It’s frustrating to not receive any updates, and I’m left wondering why I didn't get a response. report abuse
