  Bond Consulting was a frustrating experience. I hired them in July 2023 to do a replat on a property I was selling in Little Rock, and despite being initially told it would take 2-3 months to get City approval, I’ve been waiting for six months with absolutely no communication. I followed up multiple times, but was consistently met with silence. It became clear they weren't prioritizing my request. While they recently contacted me to say they’ve submitted the paperwork to the City of Little Rock, after months of being ignored, it’s a bit late to expect a refund on their fees, which was my original intention. I’m cautiously optimistic that they’ll actually move things forward quickly, but their lack of communication was a significant issue. report abuse

  “Overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The office staff were pleasant enough, but the situation itself was a serious problem. It seems a survey conducted over 40 years ago – originally done by Bond – had shifted four of our property lines to the left, now putting us in a dispute with our neighbor. Worse, the original survey pin, which had been in place since 1981, was completely missing, yet they insisted it was the correct location. The surveyor refused to visit the property to explain their calculations, and was frankly, quite rude and unprofessional. As a result, we’ve lost two customers due to this mishandling and it’s clear the neighbor will now uncover the truth about what happened.” report abuse
