  “I had a really frustrating experience with Jason. He diagnosed a problem with my AC units, but his approach was incredibly questionable. He spent about 20 minutes in the attic, using inadequate tools and ultimately didn’t diagnose anything. Then, he attempted to charge me $300 for a part – a KickStart Potential Relay and Start Capacitor – which he said might be the issue, but hadn’t confirmed. When I refused to pay for the part, he tried to bill me over $130 for labor, despite not having actually worked on the upstairs unit. He ended up charging me $88 to remove two panels and a duct, without even addressing the original problem. It felt completely dishonest and I strongly advise against using this service.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with the customer service I received. The technicians who came to my house were incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining my system to me. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Plus, they offered me some financing options for the repairs – which was a really helpful touch.   “We had a new system installed back in 2017, and thankfully it’s still covered by warranty. However, we’ve been experiencing some serious issues – we contacted them twice in the last week and left messages requesting assistance, but still haven’t received any air. The technician’s voicemail was unresponsive. Eventually, we had to escalate the issue to Airmasters, and they were able to send a repair technician. Unfortunately, this meant we’ll have to pay for the repair. While the initial installation was satisfactory, there was a significant oversight – they didn’t install the new thermostat. We were also really disappointed with the service response, particularly considering it was a holiday weekend and the following week, and we didn't receive any replies.” report abuse

A friend then recommended this company, and from the very first phone call, they were fantastic! They were so approachable and really took the time to understand our needs and presented us with some great options.
