  Brandon from 1st Call Plumbing and Rooter Service was absolutely wonderful to work with. He responded to my initial call about a potential plumbing issue and was happy to come out and assess our natural gas and bathroom lines. He was really transparent about his pricing and explained everything clearly, which was a huge relief – quoting the job as a “worst-case scenario” gave my wife and me the chance to really think about what we needed. He got the job done quickly and at a fair rate, and honestly, he exceeded our expectations. Beyond that, Brandon was just a pleasure to deal with. He was incredibly polite and professional on the phone, respectful of my wife, and even great with my child while he was working. It was clear he really valued our business, and we felt completely taken care of, especially as new homeowners figuring things out.
