  “We were in a really stressful situation – our grinder pump stopped working just a few days after our baby was born, and we had a full holding tank overflowing onto our yard. Thankfully, we found Leahy Excavation Company, specifically Tractor, who was amazing! He responded so quickly over Labor Day weekend and was just incredibly helpful and friendly. Seriously, he deserves a huge raise! Tractor quickly located the pump and used six hoses to empty the tank, even cleaning it out for the guys fixing the pump. He even took the time to talk with the repair technician, which we really appreciated. The whole thing took less than an hour, and they charged us a very reasonable $300. We were so relieved to have our water back – it was fantastic! We absolutely recommend Leahy Excavation Company; they were fantastic.” report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with Leahy Excavating. I contacted them to order 2 yards of screened loam for a raised garden, and they quoted me $100 for delivery. However, later I saw online that someone else was getting 4 yards for $100, and it turned out they were using a different pricing structure. When I questioned the $100 charge for just 2 yards, the owner was incredibly rude and actually insulted me. It was completely unacceptable, and frankly, felt discriminatory. To top it off, the loam itself was mixed with glass and trash. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau – I strongly advise anyone considering using Leahy Excavating to be very careful. report abuse
