  Overall, our experience with this company has been a bit mixed. We were really pleased with their work when we had some windows replaced initially – they were careful and conscientious, though a little messy with the caulking. However, we then had more windows done in the fall, and unfortunately, my husband had to do some touch-up work on the caulking himself. More recently, we’re still waiting on new replacement glass that arrived scratched, which is frustrating. I get that things have been hectic lately, and I appreciate their efforts, but I would really value better communication throughout the process, especially regarding timelines and any issues. Despite these challenges, I still think they’re a good company to work with. report abuse

  Mitch was fantastic! He arrived early, was incredibly patient with my questions as a first-time homeowner, and really walked me through the window replacement and expansion options in a relaxed and easy-to-understand way.
