  “I found the design process really easy to follow. I initially entered 500 square feet, but I realized I hadn’t factored in the closets – which I’m guessing add another 100 square feet.   Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase. The customer service was fantastic, and I especially appreciate that they’re focused on being eco-friendly – the bamboo flooring is absolutely beautiful. It’s held up really well over the past year, even with a dog and a toddler around, which is a huge plus. My only slight concern is that because it’s such a hard flooring material, I’ve noticed some splintering at the edges, which I imagine a softer wood might have just dented instead. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Ambient Floors! We were in a real dilemma trying to decide on a new flooring, and thankfully, they were incredibly patient with us throughout the whole process. Just before we finally committed to bamboo, the prices had jumped up, but they honored the price they’d initially quoted us. They really went above and beyond, especially considering they’d spent a couple of months getting to know us and providing samples. After we bought the floors, they even offered to store them in their warehouse until we were ready to install them. Then, of course, COVID-19 hit, and things got complicated. They were amazing – they loaded the floors for me on the day they closed, even though it was completely unexpected and details about the shutdown were still unclear. The floors themselves look absolutely fantastic, and they’re incredibly easy to maintain; just a quick Swiffer or damp rag is all it takes. We haven't experienced any of the shrinking or swelling issues we were worried about with bamboo, and that's been a huge relief, especially given the weather here in West Virginia.” report abuse
