  I’ve been a customer for years and I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with this company. The technicians I’ve worked with are always so friendly and knowledgeable, and I’ve always appreciated their honesty and reasonable prices. Just had Justin out to my place recently – he was fantastic – really kind, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.   “I had a really frustrating morning when my garage door malfunctioned, and I was worried about a costly repair. But Danny and his team were amazing! They arrived the same day and fixed it in no time at all. Not only was the price much better than I anticipated, but Danny and his coworker were so friendly and even took the time to give my dog some attention – it really made a difference.   I was really impressed with the service I received. A torsion spring on my garage door broke around 10pm, and the next morning I contacted Fred C. Johnson Co., Inc. Rebecca called me back and had the issue completely resolved – a new spring installed and the door fixed – by 1pm that same day. The technician was incredibly courteous and professional, and the price was very reasonable. Honestly, I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to express just how impressed I was with the speed and efficiency of the repair. It was fantastic – only about 15 hours from when I first noticed the problem to having it fully resolved, and it set a really high standard! I’m definitely a customer for life, although I’ll probably be extra critical of any future DIY projects now! report abuse
