“I was really disappointed with my experience purchasing a high-end machine from Tri State. Not only was the service during the initial wait for my payment incredibly rude, but two weeks later I encountered a major hydraulic pump problem. Unfortunately, they offered absolutely no assistance or guidance, simply saying ‘sorry about your luck.’ This ultimately cost me an additional $22,000 in repairs. Honestly, they completely failed to take care of their customers, and I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.”
