  “I hired B+A to update my residential plans and get them stamped, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. From the start, communication was a huge issue – they’d give me estimated timelines, then send invoices for partial work without any updates or drafts to show progress. I ended up paying these invoices out of a sense of obligation, not knowing if they’d actually continue working on my project. Getting updates was a constant battle; I’d have to call and email for weeks before hearing back, often much later than our agreed-upon deadlines. It felt like I was constantly chasing them to confirm they were still engaged. Ultimately, they charged me over $6,000 for the plans, and I never even used them! Honestly, it would have been easier to find another architect or engineer who could have done the job for a fraction of the cost. Believe me, shop around – you’ll save yourself a lot of time and money!” report abuse
