Overall, the remodel of our house with Brooks Construction was a really positive experience, largely thanks to Trey Brooks. We undertook a complete overhaul, including moving walls and adding some complex structural work, and we also added a fantastic 1,000 square foot outdoor living space with a new breezeway. Initially, we had a bit of a hurdle with the project manager, but Trey stepped in very quickly and took over the entire project himself. He was absolutely fantastic – incredibly disciplined, knowledgeable, and reliable, and he clearly has great relationships with all of his subcontractors. Trey really went above and beyond to ensure we got a high-quality result, and he consistently matched my own standards. He never made me feel like I was asking for the impossible, which I really appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
