He was incredibly helpful in working with us to adapt our deck design to fit the property’s unique challenges, and the project was completed on time and within budget. The result is a wonderful addition to our home. The team – Rob, Tim, and Russ – were fantastic too! They were efficient, always left the work area tidy, and were genuinely friendly.   “We absolutely love our new deck! It’s fantastic – the design and build quality are exceptional. It’s so much sturdier than other decks we’ve looked at, and we really appreciate the beautiful wrought iron details. Honestly, we’re so glad we went with this builder; it’s a far better value than the standard deck we initially considered.   Casey and his team completely knocked it out of the park with our new deck! He was fantastic – really helpful, offered some brilliant design ideas, and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. We’ve spoken to several neighbors who’ve had decks built by him, and everyone’s been so thrilled with the quality and the way things went.   Casey and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our new deck! It’s truly impressive – a beautiful 28’ x 16’ space that we’re so excited about. Other contractors have already stopped by to admire its sturdiness; one even said it’s “built like a tank!” We especially appreciate that it was reinforced for a hot tub, and we’ve gotten so many compliments from our neighbors.   Casey and their team did an absolutely fantastic job building our home on Lake Linganore. The lot was incredibly steep, which made finding a builder a real challenge – we needed someone with the right experience and a genuine interest in our project. Out of five companies that came out, Casey really stood out. The two-story build happened in phases, and they kept us updated constantly, finishing each stage really quickly. Any issues that came up were handled immediately, and the final result is truly stunning.   “Casey Fence and Deck seemed like a great company – the owner was really knowledgeable and polite, and he gave us a thorough estimate. We were excited to move forward, but unfortunately, they completely stopped communicating with us after that. We sent several emails and left calls, but we never heard back.   Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “Our experience with this contractor was really disappointing. He quoted us a price similar to our neighbor’s deck job, but our project was significantly smaller and involved much less work. Strangely, our neighbor had 16 stairs, which we didn’t need, and yet the price was the same. It felt like he was underestimating our project. On top of that, he offered a second decking material option and inflated the price of his framing material – it just felt very overpriced and like we weren’t getting a fair deal, especially considering we were second in line for his services.” report abuse
