  Donny and his team absolutely transformed our 60-year-old red oak floors – it was an unbelievable job! From the very beginning, they were so accommodating and really took the time to explain the whole refinishing process to us. Our floors had been seriously damaged from a previous sanding, with lots of dips and grooves, but Donny was so confident they could bring them back to life, and they certainly did. They even expertly fixed three stubborn stains by replacing the damaged red oak planks and completely redid our trim, which looks absolutely stunning. I’d give DB Genesis a full 6 out of 5 stars – I’m definitely planning on having them redo my basement stairs in the future!” report abuse

  Honestly, DB Genesis was incredible – they completely exceeded our expectations. We’d had a really tough time getting a stubborn stain removed from our new hardwood stairs, and several other contractors just weren’t getting the results we needed. Then DB Genesis stepped in and, amazingly, they tackled the job with such skill and precision, it looked like they’d always known how to do it perfectly. It was a particularly tricky project, requiring a lot of custom work, but their patience, professionalism, and dedication to making sure we were thrilled with the final result made the whole process unbelievably smooth. They finished the job in just four days – something that had stumped everyone else for months! I wish we’d called them sooner. Seriously, they’re the best! report abuse

  “Dony and his team were fantastic to work with! We got a few quotes, and while his price was in the middle range, he was by far the most detailed and thorough in his assessment. He really took the time during the walkthrough, examining everything closely and offering really helpful advice – things like recommending the best approach for our wiring and explaining the differences between LVP and hardwood. We really felt like we had a clear understanding of exactly what we’d be paying for. The installation team did an absolutely outstanding job, handling everything from the LVP flooring and custom hardwood steps to the gym flooring, plus they even took care of painting and removing our old cabinets, and did some electrical work. We were really impressed with how quickly they completed the project – within a week, which was much faster than we anticipated! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the results, and we’ll definitely be calling Dony and his team again if we need any more renovations done.” report abuse
