  I had a really disappointing experience here. I brought in an expensive photo and my own frame, just needing a simple matte, fillet, and glass. The final cost was a shocking $593 – completely unreasonable. Worse, the framing itself was done poorly; the photo was positioned awkwardly high in the frame, like a complete amateur. When I pointed this out, they immediately tried to charge an additional $150 to correct it. Honestly, I walked away. If you’re looking for quality and a fair price, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. report abuse

I got on his waiting list and he was at my place within a week. Dylan is just fantastic – he’s genuinely knowledgeable about art and really took the time to understand what I was going for. He offered brilliant suggestions on everything from hanging height to spacing, and he was incredibly efficient, finishing the whole job in just two hours. It looked absolutely perfect!
