  “I couldn’t be happier with my experience with American Windows and Siding. They were fantastic – really affordable, incredibly honest, and you could tell they were genuinely reliable. I recently had 29 windows installed and the results are amazing. Connor, Jack, and Gary were so helpful leading up to the install, and Mirric and his team did a truly fantastic job with the installation itself.   “Overall, Jack and his crew did a solid job – the new siding really transformed my house and I’m very happy with the results. I appreciate their work. However, I did have a slight concern after the replacement. The siding was installed about three years ago, and I was wondering about the possibility of a warranty to cover any future issues – just to protect my investment.” report abuse

  “I unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with American Windows & Siding. A neighbor recommended them, but the patio door installation turned out to be a major hassle. They damaged a new window panel during the installation, and despite promising a quick replacement, they took my full payment without offering any compensation for the damage. It took over a month to get a follow-up, and my concerns about the delay and the lack of compensation were completely ignored. They just sent an email saying the panel was ready, and then I never heard from them again – no apology, no discount, nothing. Honestly, I’d suggest looking at other companies.” report abuse

  Honestly, we were blown away with the work these guys did. From start to finish – the roof, all the windows, and those new double doors – everything was just fantastic. The materials were top quality, the labor was expertly done, and the customer service was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. report abuse

  Overall, working with American Windows was a really positive experience. We initially started with Gary, who was fantastic – he was incredibly efficient with the measurements. Unfortunately, the pandemic caused a delay in receiving the windows, which took several weeks. However, once they arrived, the installation crew was both efficient and very pleasant. We did have a small issue with one of the windows being flawed, but Mike responded immediately and had a replacement ordered right away. Ultimately, we’re thrilled with the finished result; my wife thinks the room has been completely transformed! report abuse

  “We were so pleased with the entire process of replacing the windows and doors in our row home, thanks to the fantastic team at AWS. Connor, Mike, and Jack were truly exceptional throughout. Before we even signed a contract, they spent a lot of time answering our questions about the masonry work, coming to our house multiple times with the mason to walk us through everything and make sure we felt completely comfortable. Connor’s communication was outstanding – he was always incredibly responsive, whether it was via email, text, or phone, and kept us consistently updated on our order, even when there were delays due to COVID-19. Once the windows and doors arrived, Jack expertly arranged the installation dates and set realistic expectations. The installation crew of 10-12 people was incredibly respectful, friendly, and efficient, and Connor and Jack were there to oversee the work. We were particularly impressed with how quickly they worked, and the quality of the installation was top-notch. They even went above and beyond when we realized one of the initial door measurements was incorrect – Mike quickly ordered a replacement door at no cost to us. A couple of months later, Connor and Jack returned to check on everything and ensure it was perfect. It was clear they were genuinely dedicated to our satisfaction. This was a significant project, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We wholeheartedly recommend AWS – they’re a truly professional and customer-focused operation.” report abuse
