  “We had a really tough experience selling our home when the first engineering company we used for the Title 5 water table test completely let us down. Thankfully, we were able to quickly get Grady involved for the perc test, and they immediately identified the error made by the previous company. As a result, our Title 5 was finally approved. It’s a frustrating situation that ultimately cost us almost half a million dollars because the buyers pulled out. However, I want to emphasize Grady’s incredible professionalism and expertise – if we had used them for the Title 5 initially, we would have avoided all of this.
