They got the job done quickly and at a really competitive price, and honestly, they treated me like family. The installers even made me feel welcome, like I was spending time with company, which was a really nice touch. Southernwood truly went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with the recent work Southernwood did on our house! We’d already used them in 2020 for a roof replacement and were so impressed then, so we weren’t surprised to be happy with their service again. This time we needed a full soffit replacement at the front of our house due to a carpenter bee problem and some rot, and Noah Zeitler even recommended replacing some additional, rotten trim. The whole team – from the secretary to the Forman and the installers – were fantastic; they were incredibly polite, kept us well-informed about the supply deliveries and installation schedule, and the work itself was done in just one afternoon.   Overall, Southernwood did an absolutely fantastic job with the roof, siding, and gutters replacement after the hail storm. They were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Geddy, the field supervisor, was especially helpful – he checked in daily and was always available to answer any questions I had.   “We were really happy with Southern Wood’s work when they repaired our roof after the hail storm a few years back, and that’s why we reached out when our siding was damaged in the recent windstorm. They were incredibly responsive, coming out quickly to assess the damage and schedule the repairs – which was fantastic given we were about to go on a long trip. They took care of everything while we were away, and we really appreciated them waiting until we got back to discuss payment. Throughout the whole process, they kept us updated with emails and texts, which made us feel so much more comfortable.   Southernwood were fantastic – from the very first phone call to the final job. They were so prompt, friendly, and professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they got the estimate done, even with the complicated skylights on my house. The actual work was outstanding; they were incredibly efficient, neat, and quick, and the crew was just amazing – they really put in a full day’s work! Everything was completed in just two days. And to top it off, the carpenter was fantastic and quickly arranged for the skylights to be trimmed from the inside, maintaining that same high standard of quality.
