They took down the old doors with ease, and then went above and beyond cleaning up the entire space, vacuuming and mopping everything. They even protected my garden!   “I just wanted to share how incredibly pleased we are with Renewal by Anderson. From the very beginning, Nicolas, our project manager, was fantastic – he truly delivered on his promise of open communication and a top-quality installation, and then some! The team – Jesus, Andy, Jorge, and Jr. – were absolutely professional and took such great care of our property. They were meticulous in their work, and you could tell they were genuinely committed to doing a fantastic job. We were particularly impressed with the speed of the installation; they got here at 9 am to install both our front and patio doors, and the whole job was finished in just one day! Katy, our concierge, was amazing too – she kept us perfectly informed throughout the process, sending regular emails with all the important details about warranties and what to expect. And Rene in accounting was so helpful with managing the payments. Honestly, from start to finish, the entire team was exceptional.   “Overall, we had a really positive experience with Renewal by Andersen. The quality of the windows themselves is fantastic – truly top-notch. We spent a good amount of time upfront, about four hours, with our representative who meticulously measured our windows. There was a follow-up visit four days later to refine the measurements, and thankfully, we were able to work through a couple of final details before making the decision. The installation is expected to take 6-8 weeks, and while it’s a significant investment, we feel it’s going to be worth it in the long run.” report abuse

  “Overall, the whole experience was fantastic! From the initial consultation to the final installation, it was incredibly smooth. My sales rep was really helpful, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and working through different window options with me. It was great that they double-checked the measurements too, and I appreciated the extra step they took to ensure everything was accurate. I also really valued the thoroughness – having someone check for asbestos and the fire alarms gave me so much peace of mind. We did have a slight delay due to the HOA permit, but the team handled it really well and got everything back on track quickly. The installation team was fantastic – so respectful of my home and everything in it. From the initial build through the final touches by Nathan and Rene – who were fantastic and kept me completely in the loop – everything ran incredibly smoothly.
