  Holmberg Land Surveying did a fantastic job surveying our property. We were really pleased with the whole experience – it was reasonably priced, done very professionally, and David was incredibly helpful and responsive.   David was fantastic to work with. He’s clearly a skilled land surveyor, and really took the time to ensure he accurately located and marked our property lines in Interlochen – it was a tricky situation because lot boundaries aren’t always straightforward. He was also incredibly professional and customer-focused, going above and beyond to stake out the sides and rear of our lot.   Dave was fantastic – really professional and easy to work with. He was incredibly responsive, scheduling the survey quickly and arriving on time even during the snowstorm. He was extremely detail-oriented, carefully taking all the measurements and noting the location of everything. I really appreciated the comprehensive survey he provided, both electronically and in hard copy, and he even sent a copy directly to my builder.   Dave and Holmberg Land Surveying were fantastic – honestly, a breath of fresh air compared to other surveyors I contacted. I needed a clear drawing of my property boundaries, and after a really frustrating experience with a couple of other companies, Dave was exactly what I needed. One guy’s voicemail was completely useless, and another sent me a massive, expensive contract without even discussing my needs. Dave was so responsive, he got back to me quickly, understood what I wanted, and gave me a fair price with a clear timeline. He showed up on time, explained his process, and did a thorough job. He even followed up a couple of days later with the completed drawing and walked me through every marked corner, making sure I was completely happy with the results.   David did an absolutely fantastic job surveying the 30 acres I bought in Interlochen. The property was pretty challenging – undeveloped woodland with a large swamp – and I needed a really thorough survey with plenty of markers. I have some surveying experience myself, and I was genuinely impressed with David’s work. He was the most competitive in terms of price, got the job done quickly, and paid incredible attention to detail.
