  I’m really excited about the potential of the Sparrow Smart Cottage. I initially had some trouble getting through to someone, just dealing with an automated system, but they did eventually get back to me and I’ve received a good proposal.   I would strongly advise against using this real estate agency. They initially charge a hefty $1000 just for the application fee, and then misled me about several aspects of the properties I was viewing. The information they gave me face-to-face was completely different from what was communicated later, which felt like a complete deception. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company. While we’re happy with our new home, our experience has been so frustrating that I wouldn’t use them again. We’ve encountered several significant issues during the building process and lost a considerable amount of money – around $700 – due to errors. report abuse
