  “I can’t recommend Meyer Custom Homes enough, especially if you’re looking to design and build a truly one-of-a-kind home. From the very beginning, Eric was fantastic – he has a great network of suppliers and professionals who were invaluable throughout the entire process. I worked with a recommended architect to translate my ideas into a detailed plan, and Eric then offered some smart suggestions to keep the project on track. His interior designer really nailed the exterior color palette, and the finish carpenter created some beautiful custom shelving. Amanda, his assistant, was also a huge help, patiently guiding me through every decision. It was a really collaborative experience, and Eric was always open to adjustments as we went along. He was also very upfront about any potential cost increases, but he never tried to add on small changes that didn’t really matter.” report abuse

  Eric Meyer was absolutely fantastic to work with during the transformation of my basement. I hired him in January 2021, and from the very beginning, he went above and beyond. He actually suggested some really smart changes to my initial design, which ultimately made the finished space even better than I’d originally imagined. What really set Eric apart was his dedication to me as a customer. He was incredibly open to discussing ways to adjust the project to keep costs down, and even encouraged me to handle some tasks myself. Plus, all of his contractors were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough – they always cleaned up after themselves. Eric’s commitment to communication was also outstanding. He always followed through on his promises, and the contractors consistently praised his fair treatment and clear planning. It was so reassuring knowing they were paid promptly and reliably. I also really appreciated that the city building inspectors had such a positive view of him – they said his work was consistently top-notch.   Eric Meyer and Meyer Custom Homes did an absolutely fantastic job building my dream home. Honestly, it’s been such a smooth and positive experience – it’s the first house I’ve ever built, and it’s definitely the last I’ll ever need! From the very beginning, Eric was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, really taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He was also just a genuinely kind and patient guy, and he listened to everything I had to say. Throughout the construction process, I felt like he was solely focused on my project – which was amazing! I added a few extra features once the financing was secured, and Eric was always so careful to explain the cost implications clearly and offered suggestions if there were more budget-friendly alternatives. Honestly, everyone kept telling me I’d never want to build again, and that we wouldn’t be moved in by the end of 2019 – but Eric Meyer proved them all wrong! From start to finish, the quality of the work was outstanding. We were able to customize absolutely everything, from the smallest details like the cabinet knobs to the larger things like the roof shingles, and Eric and his team really listened to our vision. He had a fantastic network of suppliers – tile, countertops, flooring, everything – and he even expertly finished our basement at the last minute, exactly as we wanted it. What really set Eric apart was his communication; he kept us updated almost daily, and his professionalism was truly exceptional.   Eric and Meyer Custom Homes were fantastic to work with. We hired them to build our house back in 2016, and we were immediately impressed with Eric’s genuine care, patience, and how detail-oriented he was. He really made the whole process a positive experience – he proactively addressed small issues, offered great ideas, and easily adapted to changes in our design. Two years later, we’re still thrilled with the quality of the work. When it was time to finish our basement in 2019, there was no question – we went straight back to Meyer Custom Homes. They delivered again, sticking to the schedule and producing a beautiful, high-quality finished product.   Eric and his team did an absolutely fantastic job finishing our basement! We hired him to work on our new custom home, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Eric really had a great vision for the project and his suggestions were exactly what we needed. He was incredibly responsive, always reachable, and consistently on time – and the work site was always spotless. What really stood out was how he managed the project and the team. He’d send us daily texts letting us know who was coming and what they’d be working on, which took a huge amount of stress out of things. Everyone who worked on our basement really seemed to enjoy working with Eric, and it definitely showed in the quality of their work. Honestly, our new basement is stunning, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend Eric for any new build or basement finishing project.
