  I’m really concerned about the way this crew is operating. They’ve brought in a huge amount of equipment that they’re not actually using, and it’s completely blocking the street and surrounding areas. Worse yet, they haven’t taken any precautions to manage traffic – no cones, no signage, nothing. When they did put up signs, they were placed incredibly far from the work zone, not at the intersection itself. It’s making it difficult to get around and I’m worried about the potential disruption to my daily commute. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work the company did on the street replacement in our neighborhood – their teamwork and professionalism were fantastic. We then asked them for a quote for our driveways, and we felt the price was very reasonable. The crew who did the work were incredibly considerate of our needs and did a truly wonderful job, actually exceeding our expectations. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. Receiving the $1000 worth of yellow paint for my truck felt like a hollow gesture, especially considering there was no follow-up or communication about the project. More concerningly, your traffic control plan was completely inadequate and put drivers at risk – I was personally forced to navigate my vehicle through a deluge of wet yellow paint. After waiting a month for a resolution, Puget Paving’s refusal to take responsibility is frankly unacceptable, and I’m seriously questioning whether their assurances will hold up. report abuse

  “This contractor’s behavior was completely unacceptable. They were consistently blocking driveways with no consideration for traffic flow or safety, and didn’t have any traffic control measures in place. They spent a significant amount of time parked in a way that caused a major disruption, and frankly, the attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. It resulted in a lot of frustration for my clients and several neighbors, and I want to express my extreme disappointment.” report abuse

  Seriously, the timing was completely unacceptable. It took me a full 30 minutes to get my kids to school – and it was entirely the construction crew’s fault. They started paving right as school began, causing a massive delay. If they’d just waited until 8:30, everyone would have been on time. This is not okay. report abuse
