  Honestly, I was really disappointed with United. They quoted a price that seemed good, but the quality of the plastering work was terrible. The job was supposed to take two days, but they rushed it and finished up late at night with just a single light – and the result was full of problems. I had to spend days fixing the issues myself. To add to the frustration, they completely ignored my texts when I contacted them about a cracked ceiling joist, failing to even show up for a scheduled appointment. It was incredibly unprofessional and I deeply regret not requesting their license number or proof of insurance beforehand. It's frustrating because I’ve never had any problems with other tradespeople I’ve hired in the past. report abuse

  I was incredibly pleased with the work United Drywall and Plastering did on my recent renovation. Gerson and his team did an outstanding job transforming my 1800s house – it’s over 2400 square feet – and they did it incredibly quickly, finishing everything within a few days. They were so efficient and meticulous, and really took the time to level out the walls, which helped to minimize the original imperfections of the old framing.
