  “I’m incredibly frustrated. We paid $1,700 and were told our permits were initiated, but when I contacted the township, it turned out they hadn’t been purchased or even picked up. Superior Homes knew this was a mistake and, frankly, didn't handle it well. I demanded a refund, and thankfully I’d done my own research to verify the situation.   Lorie and Bob Minnich had a fantastic experience with Superior Home!
