  Mars Roofing’s approach to my property was incredibly persistent and, frankly, quite unsettling. Despite my repeated requests – and multiple visits over several weeks – they continued to ask if they could climb on my roof. Then, to add to the frustration, they installed a sign in my yard without my permission. I immediately removed it, and after that, they stopped coming back. I'm honestly surprised by the positive reviews; I’ve had a very negative experience. Talking to my neighbors, it seems I’m not alone in this. Several of them chose Mars Roofing and are now regretting it. The constant door-to-door visits and sign placement felt intrusive and disrespectful. I really want to emphasize that it wasn’t just the repeated offers to inspect my roof that bothered me, but the constant unwanted visits to my home, my wife, and my children. I asked them to stop, and they continued regardless. I also want to urge you to contact my neighbors you’ve spoken with – they’ve mentioned you haven’t returned their calls or followed up with the insurance company as you said you would. I’m especially concerned about an elderly neighbor who said a deposit was taken and they haven't heard back. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with MARS was fantastic. From start to finish, everyone – the representative who visited my home, the team at the office, and even the billing department – was incredibly professional and helpful. They really took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions with expertise. The contractors were also excellent; they arrived on time, did a great job, and left the whole area spotless when they were finished.   MARS Restoration truly went above and beyond for my parents’ roof replacement. Being so far away, I was really relying on them to manage the whole process for my parents, who were understandably a little nervous after some bad experiences with contractors in the past. From the very beginning, the team made us feel completely comfortable and honestly, they blew us away with their service. What really stood out was how communicative they were – they kept me updated every step of the way, which was a huge relief considering the distance. I especially want to give a shout-out to Jantavious Love, who was fantastic at coordinating with the insurance company and always explained things clearly. Joe Butler, the lead installer, was also great, calling me the morning of the install to walk me through the plan. And Mandy and Cindy in the office were just wonderful, handling all the paperwork and financing with such patience and expertise. The whole team was incredibly professional and accommodating, and they really restored my parents’ confidence in contractors.
