  Honestly, this company left me pretty disappointed. They made a lot of bold claims, but consistently didn’t follow through. It seemed like Pablo and Marisol were more concerned with maximizing their profits than keeping their promises to customers. To make matters worse, the company has even faced some negative publicity due to its business practices – it’s clear they need to prioritize fulfilling their obligations. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Frankly, I wouldn’t give them more than one star – they’ve completely failed to address my issue and have been utterly unresponsive. For months, I’ve been struggling to get in touch with a live agent, and every attempt to reach them through their website, social media, or email has been ignored. Promises of callbacks have repeatedly been broken, and I’ve ended up being left on read. As a result, I’ve had to hire a lawyer to pursue legal action because they simply won't provide any answers.   I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience with Best Solar. I had panels installed nine months ago and, frankly, it’s been a complete nightmare. Despite paying off a loan for seven months, I still haven’t passed inspection, and the panels aren’t even fully operational. I’ve been constantly trying to get in touch with them – through calls and texts – but they’re consistently unresponsive and offer very little in the way of a real solution. To add to the frustration, they charged me for a main panel upgrade, but their subcontractor, Green Brilliance, won’t even acknowledge the work wasn’t completed because they claim they weren’t paid. It’s clear they don’t value their customers, and I’ve heard similar stories from other homeowners who used Best Solar – it seems to be a pattern of unprofessional behavior and deceit. I strongly advise anyone considering them to avoid this company; it’s a truly frustrating and disappointing experience. report abuse

After investing a significant amount of money in their backup battery system, they’ve completely stalled on securing the necessary permits – it’s unbelievable that they haven’t taken care of this basic step.
