  “We were incredibly pleased with Rozen’s work – especially Kevin’s dedication. He really took the time to understand our vision and was incredibly detail-oriented, always making sure he was delivering exactly what we wanted. Despite it being a large project, there were a few minor issues, but Kevin was always quick to respond and find solutions. He kept us perfectly informed about the progress, and we were even able to get over 2,000 feet of Cat6 cable installed before the drywall went up, which was fantastic. Plus, we were thrilled they were able to incorporate wood milled by my father-in-law – it was a really special touch.   I couldn’t be happier with Rozen Construction – I’ve used them twice now and they’ve consistently delivered fantastic results. They built our house back in 2019, and I was amazed at how quickly they completed it in just five months! Then, this winter they expertly finished our basement. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive going into our first build contract, having heard some unsettling stories about other builders, but Rozen Construction was a breath of fresh air. They made the whole process incredibly smooth and manageable, and we’ve been so impressed we’ve already asked them to come back and do more work.   Overall, Rozen Construction did a fantastic job for us. We initially hired them to completely remodel our house – they did a great job with the exterior, reroofing, adding a covered porch, and replacing all our windows.
