  “I was extremely disappointed with Capital Asphalt’s work on my driveway. It’s honestly the worst driveway job I’ve ever seen, especially considering the price. The asphalt is incredibly poor quality and is already cracking – not just in a few spots, but all over, including the middle and edges. It’s only a year old, and we had to initially fix cracking that appeared just four months after installation. My old driveway, which was over 20 years old and much thinner, lasted far longer. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Capital Asphalt.” report abuse

  “Unfortunately, we had a really difficult experience working with this contractor. They arrived unexpectedly in September around 3:00 PM without letting us know beforehand, and didn’t even contact me to discuss scheduling. Because they showed up without prior coordination and were already several weeks off schedule, we were simply not prepared for the work to begin in mid-October. Due to these issues, we felt it was best to cancel our contract and move forward with another contractor.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Honestly, I wouldn’t have given them a single star if I could. The whole experience was marked by a complete lack of communication. They just showed up to work on our rental property without any prior notice, leaving us completely in the dark about when they’d be there and forcing us to scramble to move our tenants’ vehicles. After they finished the job, they never followed up to let us review the work or discuss our satisfaction before requesting payment – it felt incredibly rushed and unprofessional. Given that this was a small project for them, the lack of communication and responsiveness was shockingly poor. I regret using their services and will absolutely not be hiring them for any future projects. report abuse

My husband contacted your company a week ago and was told someone would be out to assess the job, but we’ve received no updates or scheduled appointment. When he followed up, he was told your estimator was unexpectedly out and they had no idea when he’d be returning. It seems incredibly disorganized and unprofessional not to have a backup estimator available, and frankly, it raises concerns about your company’s commitment to providing timely service.” report abuse
