Unfortunately, he was missing the necessary equipment to address the Michigan Plumbing issue effectively.   Max did a fantastic job – really knocked it out of the park! The service was quick and easy to understand. It seems like the previous homeowner should have contacted Michigan Plumbing about this overflow drain issue much earlier. Ultimately, just applying caulk wasn't a sustainable solution. report abuse

  “We had a really positive experience with Josh from Michigan Plumbing. He came out and quickly and effectively cleared our kitchen sink drain – he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We thought the price was great for the service he provided, and my wife and I both highly recommend him and Michigan Plumbing.   Deb writes that the service person was very respectful and did a great job hooking up her refrigerator water line. However, she was disappointed that he couldn’t provide a new bathtub faucet and control dial, suggesting she purchase and install one herself.   “I was really worried I had a plumbing problem, but thankfully Michigan Plumbing quickly identified the issue – a leak coming from my neighbor’s AC unit. They didn’t charge me a dime for the service call, which was fantastic! Bruce was incredibly prompt, courteous, and professional.   David was fantastic – he really knew his stuff and explained everything so clearly I was able to understand it all.
