  Chapman Siding completely exceeded our expectations after a difficult start – our house was damaged by a car accident and we wanted to fully restore it. We were so grateful to have been recommended by our contractor. From the beginning, Adam Boyd was fantastic; he was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions patiently, and really sold us on the company’s expertise. He even handled the work on the porch and deck himself, and he was always so responsive – returning our calls and texts right away. But honestly, the real stars were Tom and Noah, the siding crew. They were absolutely incredible – truly top-notch professionals. They were consistently punctual, incredibly detail-oriented, and did absolutely amazing work. It was clear they were seasoned pros, and Noah is really learning from Tom. We were especially impressed that they managed to complete the entire project despite all the craziness with Covid-related shutdowns and material delays.   “We had Chapman Siding do our home’s siding back in 2000, and even used them for some additional work later on. When we needed some siding repairs in 2019, we reached out to them again. Mike Chapman came to our house, provided a quote, and we agreed to the work. However, after that, we were left in the dark. We spent months – over ten calls and emails – trying to get an update on scheduling. Despite all our efforts, Mike never responded. Honestly, it was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. As someone who runs a business myself, I can’t understand why it’s so difficult to simply return a call or send an email. Ultimately, Mike Chapman’s lack of communication and responsiveness completely let the company down. He offered a promise of spring 2020, but we haven’t heard from him since, and we’ve continued to try to schedule the work. Because of this experience, we feel it’s important to share our story. Chapman Siding’s conduct was entirely unprofessional and unreliable, and we’ve moved our business to a more reputable siding contractor.   “I initially requested a quote for gutters and left a message, but unfortunately didn’t hear back. Luckily, a friend who works with them on windows and siding was able to get through and pass along my information. However, I still didn’t receive a return call. I’d used them for a previous job and was really impressed with their work and service – that’s why I was hoping to use them again. I heard they’re going through a transition with the next generation taking over, and it seemed like things weren’t quite as smooth as before, so I ended up having to go with another contractor.” report abuse
