  I was really impressed with my experience with Window World. They replaced all five of my windows, and from start to finish, the service was fantastic. Because my building is quite old, it presented a significant challenge, and other companies had even backed out. However, Matt and Ethan, the installers, went above and beyond to get the job done. They worked incredibly hard and managed to complete most of the installation in a single day, though they had to return the next day to fully finish the work due to the building’s age. They even tracked down and delivered a missing piece! To top it all off, Matt took a few extra minutes to help me fix my garden hose – it was such a thoughtful touch.   “I was really pleased with my experience with WW. I got a few quotes and from the very beginning, Tom was fantastic – I instantly felt like I could trust him and he was the clear choice. I did take the time to compare everything carefully and went with the best overall package, but also listened to my gut feeling. The installation was top-notch, although Brad spotted a couple of minor things during the final walkthrough, and he followed up brilliantly three weeks later to fix them completely, even addressing a slight issue with the flower bed edging. Honestly, the whole process was fantastic – great quality windows, a brilliant job, and really great people.
